We have sent out more than half of the domestic shipping within the US, it should be arriving very soon! Be sure to tag us on Twitter and let us know that it arrived safely! 💙
Our boss, Sir Galahad the cat has been supervising us to ensure that all the rewards are packaged properly. For those of you with a large order, we made sure that the packaging lets everyone know that you are a weeaboo. You're welcome.

Greeting Apprentice, it has been a while! We hope you are all keeping safe and healthy.
After releasing the game in November last year, we had a timeline which we wanted to send this out, however, it was unfortunately delayed. We thank you for your patience and we are sorry for not updating more frequently. Of course, that is about to change...
Books are all signed and packed, all of the goodies are nicely packed as well
We are happy to announce that we have received all of the physical rewards-- books are all signed and packed, all of the goodies are nicely packed as well, which means we will begin shipping copies right away! 💗
This is a final call for anyone who may still need to change their shipping address, please update your information onBackerkit within 24 hours, otherwise, the order will go to the previous address you've originally submitted.
We will be shipping out US domestic packages in batches according to the reward type in the coming week, and then International packages will come after.

It has been a while, hasn't it? We hope you are all keeping safe, especially at a time like this. Before we talk about the status of the rewards, there are a few quick topics we need to get out of the way.
If you are missing your Steam, DRM free of Faulty Apprentice:
We have had a lot of backers mentioned that our mail went straight to their junk or spam folder. And if you are having any technical issues, be sure to join our AGL studios Discord server to make sure you get help!

Physical / Digital Rewards
We will be releasing digital backer reward tiers as we prep for delivery of hard copy goods, such as artbooks, miniature, art-prints, card packs, and other materials and their respective reward tiers so although you have waited for a while, we kindly ask that you work with us just a little bit.
DIGITAL REWARDS:
These will be available soon, we want to release the digital artbook and soundtrack together.
Both downloads will be ready soon if you backed this tier! If you weren't able to back this tier but still want the soundtrack, you'll be able to purchase it on Steam or Itchio! *All digital rewards will be sent out via Backerkit
PHYSICAL REWARDS:
We will begin shipping to residents of the USA in the next couple of weeks.
Unfortunately, due to recent pandemic, international shipping has been suspended to many countries, there may be delays in mail and packages.
ADDRESS CHANGES:
We're aware that time is valuable and that many of you may have moved locations in the last years' time and may be concerned that your rewards may be shipped to the wrong place.
If you have changed your address or plan on changing your address in the next month please email us your information at [email protected]. *If you do not need to update your shipping address, you do not need to take any further actions. You're all set!
